We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any user activity or content that we deem to be inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or in violation of these terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and subscription, and to report any suspected illegal or unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, without notice or liability to you.

Age and Parental Control

The service is intended for users who are 18 years or older, and have access to high-speed internet. You represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, and that you are legally capable of entering into and complying with these terms and conditions. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow them to subscribe to or use the service. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to subscribe to or use the service, or send us any personal information. Log off now and go do your homework or whatever it is that minors do these days. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We currently do not offer parental control, but we are planning to implement a comparable feature in the near future. Until then, we advise parents and guardians to supervise and monitor their children's online activities, and to use available tools and software to prevent them from accessing inappropriate or harmful content.
