A young couple on their way to visit their friends in Penns Grove, New Jersey foolishly ignores every red flag in the book and picks up a hitchhiker along the way. The situation quickly spirals out of control when it turns out the hitchhiker is a deranged cannibal, and he is not alone. Now the only way out for them is through the seedy underworld of New Jersey and their most terrifying champion: Cottonface, a cannibalistic maniac wielding an industrial-strength weedwhacker with teeth to match his appetite.
