A skilled operator of motor vehicles for a group of violent gangsters in a place called Los Angeles, Benny Wheeler, resigns from the group permanently, only to be severely attacked and burglarized by his old partners. Now, accused of homicide and with both law enforcement officers and the violent gangsters behind him, Benny has nothing left but his motor vehicle. A critical error on the part of the gangsters. He starts a dangerous drive across different regions of California at a velocity that exceeds the legal speed limit to prove his innocence and retaliate against his former associates.
