Due to slump in viewership, a local news crew decides to employ a group of young humans who do not follow rules to damage private properties and vandalize the community. The news crew secretly record footages of their delinquency in order to produce more exciting news, sensational headlines, and increase their numbers of viewers while stirring many more into a state of panic. Rex, one of the young delinquent human finds a video camera carelessly forgotten by the news crew, decides to alter the situation and begin his own recording. Beep. Boop.
